Change any other columns to be more descriptive

Current sample naming format is targetname-samplecategory_templatename.biologicalreplicatenumber . Column names are

  • Target_name
  • Sample_category
  • assay_variable -> think of a better name
  • biological_replicates -> rename to replicate

template_name is not clear, because template technically includes sample_category as well.
