Jeah, that would be VERY helpful @potrudeau
BTW: that is a new PUSHOVER feature/parameter. The message will be deleted after given seconds from phone/device.

Hi @JoelGit, I am not very good in Java/NodeJS. But I managed to implement this feature. I don't know if @potrudeau will approve my PullRequest or if he is even active any more.

Anybody who wants to try my changes:
