Metalama 2023.0.107-rc released

We've just released Metalama 2023.0.107-rc with the following improvements:

NEW

• Licensing: CLI tool to summarize credit use: metalama license credits

FIXED

• AssemblyLoadException during compilation when using an additional compile-time package that has reference assemblies.
• A few fixes related to licensing (should not affect any prerelease version)
• Test framework: exception when AspectTestFramework was manually selected
• Code model: IField.ConstantValue is non-null even when there is no constant value
• LinqPad: IExpression.Value cannot be displayed
• Wildcard assembly version causes random compilation exception
• Another random regresssion introduced by 2023.0.102-rc

IMPROVED

• Completed feature gap with applying inheritable aspects on declarations introduced by another aspect.
• HTML rendering now includes warnings and errors in the HTML output (used for the documentation)

This includes the improvements of 2023.0.107-rc, for which there was no announcement.
