Search Card No Longer Opens 'Related' or Automation Details After Latest Home Assistant Update

After the most recent Home Assistant update, the search functionality of the search-card (in combination with card-tools) still works. However, when clicking on an entity and selecting options such as "Related" or editing an Automation (from the menu in the pop-up), the corresponding screen no longer opens.

This issue is not limited to entities found via the search-card; it also affects other entities on the dashboard.
When I remove the card-tools and search-card, the dashboard works as expected.
