背景

現在コントリビューターが(実質的に) @laminne のみで、今後他の開発者が参加することを考えるとドキュメントの整備が必須になると思われる

作業内容

  • CONTRIBUTING.mdの作成
    • 環境構築方法
    • design docs的な内容の拡充など
