Warnings from "assigned-by-pombase-report" #3788

I think I can fix this or at least find out what's going on:

WARNING - Invalid identifier:GORULE:0000027: PBQ not found in list of database names in dbxrefs

This one is odd:

WARNING - Invalid subject type:defaulting to 'gene_product'

It's complaining about using "sncRNA" as the feature type.

For the other warnings, would it help if I tracked down the session or file the annotation came from?

Don't worry. It's on my to-do list to look at this log file. I'll holler if I can't find anything.
