Very specific idea. To get around the hard 2-FX data limit per-channel-step in Tracker, I would like to be able to "sacrifice" a step in another channel and apply the 2 available FX to the step in the original channel, making for 4 FX parameters. I can sort of do this with the external MIDI CC FX, but it would be nice to do this with the internal instruments as well. Not sure how you would implement, but conceptually seems like something that the hardware would be capable of.
