always get NotificationNotEnable

Description:

I try to build ios example app and always getting NotificationNotEnable, When I connect the device, there is the error like Failed to get available online streaming data types: notificationNotEnabled.

The button not working except the HR stream, HR button works property but other can't.

@khc25 - Please check that you are using latest Polar H10 firmware, currently 3.3.1 . ECG, ACC and HR streams should be available.
