'Help' format ib CLI console, Question/Discussion

Hi all,
i am big fan of help and help descriptions in the console, tried already v4 and it is great, but i have a question around how help is displayed, for example, if i go to some specific command like
m365 aad app add -h
i see nice description but going down i see markdown syntax, which might be confusing for some. Maybe we can improve it somehow? Happy to help as well.
