TESP now has docker image as an alternative installation that needs to documented

Do we want to replace the wget-based instructions with the pip-based install or add as an alternative method? Can pull from UVM tutorial instructions.

We're going to promote the use of a Docker image. Things to document:

• Mount points and editing them as needed
• Pulling image from Docker Hub
• Won't work on ARM Mac
• Running existing examples
• Configuring and running a new case

Built from source in "develop" branch using "tesp.sh" on Linux (Boomer) succeeded.

Previous build on Boomer was having some trouble ("versions.sh" wasn't working for all software, among other things). @d3j331 found that I needed to deactivate the base conda environment prior to building or running TESP. This allowed the TESP-specific Python venv environment ("GRID") to be built and all software installed correctly.

After running conda deactivate on the base environment and rebuilding TESP, versions.sh returned correct values for all software.
