I was checking out taxonfinder.org and it would be really useful for dumping text files of publications from research.mblwhoilibrary.org to see the trends in model organism use over the years. Is there a way that it could count the instances of a given name in a text file or url, as opposed to just providing the unique names?
Thanks,
John
