Where on docs.platform.sh should be changed?

All extensions that were available for PHP 8.4 are now enabled.

https://docs.platform.sh/languages/php/extensions.html needs to be updated with the extensions that are not commented out from https://lab.plat.farm/images/php/-/blob/8.4/scripts/supported_extensions.yaml?ref_type=heads for PHP 8.4.

Also:

Remove imap from PHP 8.4 (as it has been unbundled from PHP Core in 8.4 and not offered anymore.
Add tideways to PHP 8.3 as well.
