Styling:

  • I would make the font a little bit bigger
  • maybe remove link underline or add a bit of spacing between the items

Data storage:

Data:

  • I don't see what is the value in trying to retain the URL in some items and showing human readable text in other items. The URL-like links add a lot of visual clutter. I would use the human-readable titles everywhere.
    • links with URL paramters ?... and anchors #... look poorly
    • "Decred Wallet (iOS)" followed by "exodus.io/decred-wallet" mix two different styles (title and prettified link). I prefer the title, i.e. "Exodus Wallet"
    • "twitter.com/decredfrance" and "twitter: Decred en Español" are again two inconsistent styles, pick one
  • I think Governance, Development, LN, Atomic Swaps, Historical and Facts sections should be higher priority than e.g. Social
  • perhaps Reports could be renamed to "External Reports" or "External Analysis" or something like that, to reflect that those are written by outside parties and not Decred contributors
  • how about split Videos & Media into Videos and Podcasts (and remove anything of different content types from these sections)? This also allows to drop "youtube:" prefix
  • it's weird to see r/DCR above r/decred in Social
  • "t.me/decred (telegram)": both "(telegram)" and "t.me" are redundant, keep one
  • "github.com/decred/decred-binaries/releases" is not too obvious, I would use "binary releases on github" or something
  • make all exchange links consistent by placing links on the pair
  • I think dcrdata.org and dcrdata.decred.org are duplicates because they are same instance, but not sure
  • would be nice to show that explorer.planetdecred.org is a
  • openmarketcap.com link is 404
  • Decred Journal occurs 4 times: 3 times as "decred-news" and 1 as medium.com/decred/journals . I would use https://xaur.github.io/decred-news/ as primary link since it links to all other places and translations. If the github.io landing page looks too "complex", use the medium one.
  • decred.org/brand is the page for design assets, not sure it belongs to "Videos & Media"
  • decredindepth is mirrored on soundcloud and libsyn, would be nice to group them into one item
  • xaur.github.io/decred-news and github.com/decredcommunity look odd in Videos & Media
  • DecredCommunity Event Reports is not really a "Blog"
  • news.bitcoin.com/tag/decred doesn't feel like a "Blog", it's a news outlet
  • "meetup.com/pt-BR/DecredBrasil" looks odd in Social. I'd say meetup groups deserve their own section. How about an "Events" section that could also host the link to event reports repo?
  • https://coincode.sh/c/dcr is 404, working link is https://coincode.sh/c/dcr/
  • there's a second Telegram sticker set now https://t.me/addstickers/DCRComic
  • "Decred Design releases" is not really "Art"
  • add dcr.farm (see here for an overview of what dcr.farm offers)

Liked:

  • first 3 seconds experience: "wow nice retro feel!".
  • love the 8-bit Stakey
  • man I need some chiptune now...
  • very nice selection in Charts & Analytics, has a bunch of links I never heard of

P.S. Feel free to edit this issue and create subtasks as necessary.

My suggestions after a quick glance:

  • Make docs.decred.org more prominent. Currently, it's at the bottom of the page.
  • The primary Instagram handle isn't listed. The main one is @decredproject
  • Decred's Twitter handle @decredproject doesn't seem to be listed.
