The Plack::Request documentation (see https://metacpan.org/pod/release/MIYAGAWA/Plack-1.0047/lib/Plack/Request.pm#CAVEAT ) recommends the usage of HTTP::Engine. However, this module does not seem to build anymore for a long time (see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=HTTP-Engine+0.03005 ) and has a number of unaddressed bug reports (see https://rt.cpan.org/Dist/Display.html?Queue=HTTP-Engine ).
I think the documentation should not recommend HTTP::Engine anymore until the issues are fixed.
