No, current version of product managers list view doesn't have any pagination.

@bavarianbytes Is this feature still relevant for you? As we are mainly using lazy loading now.

Yes, i think paging is a good idea in general. It is better for SEO than lazy loading and provides a better user experience as you can deep link to a page.
