feature: Mark user or post for review

I see an increase in spam occurrences and with users increase maybe it's better if we start to have some moderation tools or some way to mark a user when misbehaving?
What do you think is this a good or bad idea?

I think this is an important feature to work on, it will need integration into filament so they reported posts can be reviewed. Additionally, we should have a discussion (maybe in the telegram group) around how the feature will work, considerations like quarantining posts until a post is reviewed after a certain number of reports, things like this.
