Make use of the IMAP NOTIFY extension for watching multiple folders

IMAP Notify allows to watch multiple folders at once. This could improve the issue that for watching multiple folders, more accounts have to be set up.

Interesting, thank you for the suggestion. I need to check first how widely used this extension is, and if it is safe to rely on it. Furthermore, I don't think the IMAP lib used at Mirador implemented this extension. Many things to consider first, but it looks really promising!
