Send data factory - should create a dataset that passes validator.
Another tool then would then have a list of rules to create a problem for, this would the good data to implement that problem.

Updated code on 8 May 2021 for trial domains and BW. Still a few to correct in the trial domains, and to check the other outcome domains.

It should be possible, using the send data factory GUI and configuration, to get either 0 errors or all errors are explainable - someplace document the errors that remain - in readme or instructions for the tool (for example - define.xml must be created elsewhere so you get error : DD0101 eCTD 1736 Missing define.xml file
