Private images appear on the map #367

Describe the bug
Images marked as private appear on the map

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a picture with GPS data includes and mark it as private
Click on map
Move to the place, where the private picture was taken and it will appear.

Expected behavior
Private pictures should not been shown on the map, like they are not shown i.e. in the folder view.

Server (please complete the following information):

Device: Raspberry Pi 4B
OS: Ubuntu Linux 20.04
Architecture: docker on ARM64

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Browser e.g. Firefox

Idea: For a privileged user there could be switch "show/hide hidden/private images" with hide as defautl behaviour.
