Login screen served locally which accepts username, password and server URL
Submit button stores server URL locally and posts credentials to server and stores cookie
Redirects to server on login
When client is next open, re-use cookie from last time
Logout option logs out remotely, erases cookie and redirects
Login screen auto-fills server URL if stored from before
