Controller generator #232

I noticed in the documentation that a controller generator is mentioned. However, I'm not finding it in the phlex-rails gem. The only generators seem to be install, view, and component. Is this a deprecated feature, a nice-to-have that maybe haven't been implemented yet, or possibly on a specific branch that I need to be targeting instead? If it is a desired feature that is not yet implemented I'm happy to submit a PR. Thanks!
