2.1 [Small Tweak] Fixes to resource switcher and add site styling

There are small differences between resource switching styling and add site styling. These need to be more clearly documented to send over to the devs.

This project would be comparing live site to the designs and to other screens on the live site.
Getting a list put together.
Clearly calling out the tweaks that are needed.
