Would need
A way to add a site that is temporary

A setting on submission form to denote temp site
Ability to set the timings on it (IE days and times)

A way to denote temp sites

Filter for it
Maybe a way to see on the map which are temp
The information on site modal

Discussion with devs

Would need to talk to database and devs about how best to handle on their end
