Remove dependency on Squad2XWS before December

Squad2XWS will go offline soon (currently hosted on a free heroku tier, which will be shut down on Nov 28 2022). The squad2xws functionality should be made internal to R2-D7. This will ensure that YASB lists can be interpreted without relying on an additional service. This will also allow mismatched XWS-YASB IDs to be fixed by R2D7 devs instead of waiting on Squad2XWS
