Output info file

When running CLOVER, a user may use a combination of various input files and profiles in order to run a custom simulation. The names of these files may not be consistent and it may become hard to keep track of which files were used by CLOVER to generate which outputs.
A new clover_output_info.txt file will be auto-generated along with the existing output file. This file will contain information concerning:

• The name of the output file to which it corresponds;
• The time at which this output file was generated/saved by CLOVER;
• Information about the various input files used including
  • The names of the files,
  • What the files were used for, e.g., whether the files were load or diesel profiles,
  • The last time that those files were modified.
