Describe the bug

Very large files cause parsing failure when pattern matching and Sample Sheet are correct.

Steps to reproduce the problem

What were you doing when you encountered the problem?

  1. Open a run directory in GUI which has files each >4GB
  2. See parsing error thrown

Expected behaviour

What did you expect to happen?
Should parse and be able to upload.

Additional information to help solve the problem. Test files, screenshots, IRIDA/uploader version information can go here.
