Why

To investigate the viability of this project.

What

Create at least ten newsletter issues from scratch (that are not likely to use cached article summaries).
For each of the previously created issues, issue them again (article summaries will be cached).
Create a table for cached vs uncached token costs and time to create.

Results:

~0.3 USD per issue when relevancy and redundancy are done on an article-per-article basis.
<0.12 USD per issue when relevancy and redundancy are performed with a single GPT-4 query, but the quality of the result is not good.
