Where to call Symfony's tests/bootstrap.php from

I'm just starting with Pest and am setting it up for a Symfony project. I think I've set it up mostly OK, but is a place I can load the Symfony tests/bootstrap.php file from? Currently I'm loading it in the Pest.php, file but feel it should be loaded specifically for the integration/acceptance tests, and not for unit tests.
