Add a new view for friends. In addition to that, we need a UI for adding other users as friends and managing friends.

We could move SettingsView to separate "view", so that it is available via an icon in the upper right hand corner of the app.
The FriendsView could then be located in the navigation bar.

Another way would be to include friends in the MainView.

Move out of milestone for v0.2.0 to a later milestone.
