A user noted that, on EL, /bin/psarchive, /bin/psconfig, /usr/bin/psconfig, and /usr/bin/psarchive are owned by perfsonar and (correctly) suggests that they should be owned by root.
I did a quick look through the spec to verify that and think it would be worth going over the entire thing to set things that the perfsonar user really should have no business writing to root ownership.
