Supporting set expressions for defaultMember on a dimension's hierarchy would be very useful when marginalizing over dimensions with non-additive hierarchies. So it would be great if there was a way to specify a set of members that would aggregate to form the defaultMember. I assume the set expression could be evaluated once and then cached.
