How can I completely disable/remove sorting?

Basically, I don't want to my grid headers to be clickable. And that is the reason I want to disable sorting form the grid.

In one of my apps, I have achieved that. Let's assume that this is a column definition:

g.column name: 'Column name', attribute: 'column_name' do |record|
  record.column_name
end

If you change it to:

g.column name: 'Column name' do |record|
  record.column_name
end

The clickable header will disappear. I have not noticed any side effects of this approach.
