Currently, we have the rep setup to send every issue/PR action and comment to be sent to the list (see w3c/github-notify-ml-config). Is there interest in also adding a weekly summary?

I would love to get a weekly summary. Other groups I'm in use the feature and I find it gives me a concise view of what's changed over the week so I don't have watch my inbox as closely, I'm less likely to miss things and I can cherry-pick what I focus on.
