Publish to PyPI

Hi! Would you consider publishing wait-for-copr on PyPI? https://pypi.org/project/wait-for-copr does not seem to exist.

Benefit

This would make it easier to install the project. Additionally, the Fedora Packaging Guidelines require that packages that provide python3dist(foo) are also uploaded to PyPI under the same name, so you'll want to figure this out when/if you decide to import the package into Fedora.
