Plots are used in the assessment and the code should be housed there, see pacific-hake/hake-assessment#459.

  • modularize weight-at-age functions
  • move plotting code over to hake-assessment
  • write out csvs for all data frames that are needed so they can be moved annually to hake-assessment if they don't contain confidential data.
  • code to move wtatage_all_samplesize.csv to hake-assessment/data

Needed the numbers figure for the assessment and I don't
have time to move the code right now. The figure is not
matching with the figure that AMB uploaded last year. I emailed
him for the matching spreadsheet, which one can easily do a
pivot table in.

* fixed the last year of the model issue to be the last year of the
data now that SS can use the last year of data as empirical.

* added a new line of zero values for no interpolation in 2019,
next year fill this in from the matrix of sample sizes

* Allow for longterm.mean.ages to be NULL, which will take the first
year of the matrix and assume that it is the mean.

* This would all be better if it were plotted using the raw data
rather than the matrix input into SS.
pacific-hake/hakedataUSA#5 will move the code for the 2021 assessment
