"blink_mempool": false, despite transaction was sent with Blink priority

I have sent payment as "Blink" type from OXEN gui wallet 1.8.1 (AppImage), which should be instant payment ( https://open.lbry.com/@Oxen:0/blink-101:c ) , yet when i click into payment details it contains ""blink_mempool": false," what does it mean? Video proof, if needed is here.

I think that the TX got its first confirmation in like 2-3 minutes and then roughly next confirmation each minute.

FYI there was Ethereum payment +/- 2 minutes before my Oxen payment and ETH one got 233 confirmations while Oxen one ~25 (around 45 minutes since TX)...
