Allow Json-RPC and JAX-WS importers to set properties on the created proxies

Currently Json-RPC and JAX-WS importers don't permit to give properties in the ImportDeclaration which will be set on the proxy (for easier matching in the platform).
Make them able to add set properties.

Check if others importers/exporters could benefit of the same behaviors.
