Issue description / feature objectives

Create an initial package for trestle sdk releated code.

Caveats / Assumptions

  • This will be a breaking change
  • Automated around the generation of the Python classes might need to be tweaked

Completion Criteria

  • Create the sdk package
  • Move OSCAL-based Python classes there
