customer and customer form pages

how to choose only country and city and representatives to be displayed on the customer page?...also the click action on "new customer" button that opens the customer form page where is that done?.

also what's the difference between northwind.customerrow.ts and customerrow.ts files?

Also which files to edit field names customerrow.cs or customercolumns.cs, what's the difference between the two files?
