It would be great if every Rack Elevation view could have a button to click into "click and drag mode" Once in click and drag mode, one should be able to grab a device from an RU in any Rack and drag it to another RU in the same or another rack.
For example, one could drag "device 1" from "Rack 1" RU 30 to "Rack 2" RU27. Doing so should implicitly call the nautobot API to update "device 1" Rack to "Rack 2" and RU to 27.
This is highly intuitive way for users to use the rack elevation view for a planned activity.
