Neckband/headset problem

When I connect the neckband with laptop Bluetooth it shows only the output device but not the input device in the sound setting.
And the laptop input is active then and in the deviice list show only the laptop mic.

So the final conclusion is my neckband mic not working when I connect the laptop.
Please help. Thanks
