OCI-4.6 : Unable to locate the branch/tag for Build/Plugins/ContentPlugins & Build/Kubernetes/Player

We are following the upgrade documentation for upgrading Sunbird 4.6 to 4.7 https://github.com/project-sunbird/sunbird.org-docs/blob/4.7.0/developer-docs/upgrade/index.md. This has the following details.

Build Job:Build/Plugins/ContentPlugins
Repo: https://github.com/project-sunbird/sunbird-content-plugins.git
Github Tag: release-4.7.0_RC1(Build)

Build Job: Build/Kubernetes/Player
Repo: https://github.com/Sunbird-Ed/SunbirdEd-portal.git
Github Tag: - release-4.7.0_RC37(Build)

We are not able to locate these branch/release tags in the respective branch. Can you please check and confirm which branch should be used for these build jobs.
