Release 5.2.0 : Private repo variables missing depoyment

Below are the variables which are not giving error in the 5.2.0 Core/KP deployments

@AmiableAnil we are configuring release-5.2.0 version. In that Lern services branch release-5.1.0_RC1.

sunbird_private_storage_account_key: "{{ cloud_private_storage_secret }}"

sunbird_public_storage_account_key: "{{ cloud_public_storage_secret }}"
