Local cluster deployment

Now on to something even more adventurous. We're going to run a Kubernetes local cluster using Minikube, deploy Istio with its demo profile, and run our adapter in it. Brace! Brace!

1. Deploy Istio.
2. Build adapter and mock DAPS images.
3. Deploy dummy services and get to know the mesh.
4. Deploy the adapter and test Boost security.
5. Secure Orion.
6. Enforce access-control with AuthZ.
7. Check out caching.
8. Clean up.
