试下把宿主机上的localtime挂载到容器内

apk add --no-cache tzdata
cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Shanghai /etc/localtime
echo "Asia/Shanghai" > /etc/timezone

装一下tz试试，需要重启
