Unable to copy MiniCDs

We've had trouble getting arcCD to archive smaller size miniCDs. These are rare but we've had 2 of these in the collection. The Mac simply has no way of ingesting them but the PC tray plays them fine. The arcCD software however is not recognising them and spits out the same elaborate error message for both disks. Sending you a copy of the error message may be helpful, but I'm wondering how we can address this if and when it comes up again, to say nothing of the two discs in the current collection we're archiving.
