Archiving double discs and disc collections

How should we handle a double (or multiple) disc album? Currently, we are creating two info files for a double disc album. So the archiving process is fairly straight-forward in that each disc is a separate bin/toc/info file. However, we need to make sure that we have a way to capture metadata indicating that . Does this happen in the info file? Or are we now again over to CUE file editing? I believe we have already mentioned this previously, and it may be time to make the adjustments.
