Add helm charts for Kubernets deployments

One of our goals is to easily deploy this mediator to Kubernetes, ensuring it's highly reliable and can persist messages even when pods or containers restart.

To achieve this, we should create Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments. This will allow for quick and efficient deployment for testing and production environments.
