Background and solution

子包改造步骤：

1. js 文件直接重命名为 ts

2. vue 文件中 script 块加上 lang="ts"

   - <script>
   + <script lang="ts">

3. 代码中import如果从js导入，可以直接删除.js

   - import metaData from './meta.js'
   + import metaData from './meta'

4. vite.config.ts 做如下修改
   

5. jsconfig.json, tsconfig.app.json 文件中子包的 path 如何有 .js 后缀，则删除。packages/build/vite-config/src/vite-plugins/devAliasPlugin.js 文件中的子包 path 则需改为 .ts 后缀

6. 使用 pnpm eslint PATH 来检测子包是否有错误（目前有些错误无法检测出来），有错误则修正

7. 正常启动项目看改造过的子包是否有问题
