当通知栏通知过多，清除所有无法使用，如果有全屏应用开着，清除一个，通知栏消失一次，特别的烦

清除一个消失一次应该同窗口穿透问题；如下bug：
526 2016-10-31 版本，测试打印发现，现版本中添加本地及网络打印机时，选择制造商或驱动后直接返回到打印主窗口，导致无法添加（只能直连）。之前版本是OK的，可以正常添加。
884 通知栏-X可关闭通知，有bug.有时点x整个通知兰关闭。
清除所有无法使用:bug
904 通知中心，清除所有，没有清楚所有通知（另外某些通知存在时，清除所有按键依然显示灰色，不能操作）
